Our Lady Queen of Peace Parish, Bacoor City, Cavite

Sir/ Madam,

We are the Our Lady Queen of Peace Children and Youth Choir known as CYC from Our Lady Queen of
Peace Parish. QPCYC started since 1973 as a small group of church choir dedicated in serving the Lord
through music. For more than forty years now, the group continue to accept children and youth to partake
in this devotion.

In order to continue this faithful service, we the QPCYC would like to ask permission from your good
office to allow us to have a room to room announcement in your Grade 9 students on March (insert date
and time) for our upcoming audition for the month of March.

We are hoping for your kind consideration and approval on this matter. Thank you and may the blessings
of the Lord come upon you.
