Subject : Chemistry Time allocated : 50’ minute
Year/semester : X/1 Teacher : MIRA SANTIKA
Lesson Plan Title :
Elements System of Education
Learning Outcomes:
1. Analyze the similarity of the nature of the elements in their groups and periodicity.
2. Reasoning similarity and periodicity of elemental properties based on the data of
periodic properties of elements.
Prerequisites:
The periodic nature of the element is based on its location in the periodic system of
elements.
Learnig Method/Model:
Lecture, discussion, Question and answer
Suggested Starter Activity/Anticipatory Set :
Do you know, what are the properties in the elemental period ?
Learner Activity :
Stage Activity
Pre Stage 1. Greeting
2. Teacher checking attendance
3. Reviewing the previous topic
4. Stating the day’s topic
5. Outlining importance of learning the day’s
topic
6. Express purpose of learning
7. Outlining importance of learning the day’s
topic
Determination of traits in elemental periodic
systems
Main Stage Delivering the instructional materials:
Asking Question :
- Do you know, what are the developments in
grouping elements in elemental periodic
systems?
1. Teacher explain the properties in elemental
dimensions
2. The Teacher explains the regularity of
periodic properties of elements
3. The teacher gives examples of questions
about elemental character
4. The Teacher explain how to determine the
atomic radius and ionization energy in the
periodic system of elements
5. After that the teacher explains about
ionization in one group and atomic radius
and ionization energy in one period.
Using a Method Discussion:
- Teachers share the study group into 3 groups,
one group consists of 3 or 4 people
- The teacher distributes the worksheet to each
student.
- Each student discuss the questions given by the
teacher.
- Afterwards, students present the results of the
discussion in front of the class.
- Student working individual exercise (Multiple
Choice)
Post Stage 1. Summarizing main points
- Teachers provide reinforcement for student
work and together the students conclude
today's lesson about traits in elemental
dimensions in the periodic system table of
elements.
2. Students receive information about the
materials to be studied at the next meeting.
3. Assigning homework
- For home work, please do the exercise that I
will send and send your training next
weeksubmit your work next week.
4. Teachers and students closed the lesson with a
prayer and closing greetings from teachers.
5. Parting
- See you next week
6. Bye.
