Payoneer Setup Instructions
Appen uses Payoneer as the payment platform for its consultants. Before starting production for a
project, you'll need to set up your Payoneer account.
Important Details:
   • Setting yourself up for payment is a required step before you can begin working so please do so
      as soon as you can!
   • You will access Appen Global to set up your payment options. Detailed instructions are listed
      below.
   • Once you complete your application, you will receive an confirmation email from Payoneer that
      your application was received, with the Subject Line: “Your Payoneer Account Application Has
      Been Received!”
Instructions on how to complete your application
    1. Log in to Appen Global at https://global.appen.com/
    2. In your Appen Global Home page, the project tile with your project name will display.
   3. Click on the “Setup payment” button.
   4. You will be redirected to the Payoneer site, where you can select your preference for receiving
      payments.
       For US Markets, you will have three options: MasterCard pre-paid credit card, Payments made
       directly to your bank account or a Paper Check via International Mail.

   For International Markets, you will have two options: MasterCard pre-paid credit card or
   Payments made directly to your bank account.
5. After selecting the method of payment, you will be asked to provide payment-related
   information to finalize your application, such as shown in the image below (depending on the
   payment method chosen):

   Paper Check via International Mail (for US Market)
6. Once you have provided all the required information, you’ll see the screen indicating that your
   application has been succesfully submitted and will be reviewed.

7. You will also receive a confirmation email from Payoneer that your application was received,
   with the Subject Line: “Your Payoneer Account Application Has Been Received!”

   8. After you’ve completed your Payoneer application, you can access additional information about
      Payoneer here - https://payoneer.custhelp.com/app/home .
      [Please note that you have to be logged into your Payoneer account for additional information
      and customized browsing of the support center.]
   9. Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email
      from Payoneer within the next 3 – 5 business days with the subject line: “Your Payoneer
      Account Application has Been Approved!”
