INGREDIENTS QUANTITY METHOD

Casing
Margarine 62 gm 1. Place the syrup in a pan and heat
Castor sugar 62 gm gently until warm.
Soft flour 125gm 2. In a bowl, mix the cream and egg. Add
Milk 2 to 3 tbsp the warm syrup into the cream
Filling mixture.
Golden syrup 600 gm 3. In a separate bowl, mix the ground
Double cream 300 ml almond and bread crumb, and make a
Egg 2 nos well in the center and pour in the
Ground almond 100 gm liquid.
Fresh breadcrumbs 150 gm 4. Slowly whisk the dry ingredients until
(biscuit Marie) smooth.
5. Pour into the prepared flan case and
bake it at 180ºC for 35 minutes.
