Assignment Title: Q2 End of Unit

Student Writing Goal: My writing goal is to receive at least a 85% or higher on the assignments

Instructions:
1) Re-read the paper (and teacher feedback).
2) Complete this reflection sheet.
3) Revise the paper accordingly and highlight any changes.
4) Submit the revision and this reflection sheet.

What was the purpose of this writing assignment?


The purpose for this assignment was to define the play roles of gender, define the definition of love or explain
what women most desire in life.

How did you perform in relation to the expectations of the writing rubric?
I believe I perform well during the writing rubric because I wrote my essay on what I understood the most in
the story or what interested me the most. I wrote my essay about what is the definition of love and the story
was slightly based on love the most so following the rubric and combing what I knew helped put a lot.

What aspect of this piece did you do well? (give example/quotes to support claims)
I was good at justifying my resources and talking about the quotes and my overall opinion about the text. I
was also good at brining emotion during the text and staying in third person perspective.

Why have you/haven’t you chosen to revise this writing assignment?


I chose to not revise my assignment because when I read it through I believed it was good enough I didn’t see
anything wrong with it but once I got a second opinion that’s when I realize the mistakes I made

What will you do better in your next writing assignment, and how will I do it?
In my next assignment I will be better at revising my mistakes since it something I really need to work on,
also I need to spell the whole word out instead of doing conjunctions.

To what degree of success did you achieve your previously stated goal(s)?
To wasn’t fully satisfied by the way I achieved my goals I know I could’ve done better and that’s what I will
be working on during my next essay, also making sure I don’t over detailed on the resources I name out.
