Department of Education, Nepal for the school as the ISA Coordinator.
 Facilitated the ICT training for the teaching and non-teaching staffs of the school.
 Ensured the 70% above result of the students in English SEE examination.
 Worked closely with the school administrators and management to ensure the
achievement of the model school status for the school by preparing the needed reports
and managing the needed data.
 Played vital role in establishing the Montessori wing of the school.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE FACILITATOR, STEM PROJECT, MERCY CORPS –
DHANGADHI, KAILALI
 Facilitating the Girls club regularly since the involvement in this project.
 Ensured the 75% result of the girl students in SEE examination of English whereas barely
any girls used to pass the English subject previously in SEE.
 Worked closely with the Mercy Corps and BASE staffs for designing the curriculum for
the girls club and designing the entire facilitation program.

 Successfully implemented various social and awareness projects in remote parts of
Kailali.
 Built the brand of newly established Rotaract club in the Far west where most people
were unaware about Rotary and Rotaract.

 Facilitating the Access classes at Dhangadhi regularly since involvement in this project.
 Participated in various trainings organized by the US Embassy and NELTA for Access
Instructors on course designing, modern ELT methods and classroom management.
 Worked closely with feeder schools for ensuring involvements of all the students from
different feeder schools.
 Continuously working in promoting the idea Of American Diversity, culture and English
language ability among the ACCESS students selected from different government schools
of Dhangadhi.

Language Teachers’ Association (NELTA) in collaboration with the US Embassy.
 Currently working as a mentee in Aptis Action Research Mentoring Scheme (AARMS) - a
training to develop the concept of Exploratory Action Research.
 Successfully completed an 8 week online teacher training course on topic, “Using Educational
Technology in the English Language Classroom” delivered by Iowa State University, USA.
 13 months Diploma in Computer Application.
