e. After clicking on the food group, you
should be brought to that group’s page.

the page with a plus sign on the right
side of it. It should be labeled ‘Daily
_____ Table’. Click on it and look for
your age group for the correct serving

6. Make sure to include all FIVE food groups:
Fruits, Vegetables, Grains, Proteins, and Dairy.
7. Make sure I can tell them all apart, that means
color coding, labeling, etc.
8. When you are done, print out your MyPlate and
write your name on the top so I know it is
yours!
9. AutoDraw does NOT have a ‘share’ or ‘print’
button, so you may have to print the webpage,
or screenshot your art and print it that way.
a. If you have an Apple computer, you
can screenshot by pressing
COMMAND, SHIFT, 4 all at once and
drag the cursor over what you want it to
capture. Or, you can hit ‘file’ up on the
top left side of the page next to the
browser page and scroll all the way
down to where it says ‘print’, then
follow the directions given by the
computer.
b. If you have another computer, ‘file’,
‘print’ will work as well.
10. Be prepared to talk about why each food group
is so important to your physical health and
energy in our next class!
