1 CONCLUSION
The International labour organixation did much to improve working and iving
condition of people throughout the word it is shown itself to be an efficiency tool
in the service of social justice in all parts of the world .It has brought about
international co-operation ,unity and understanding and help in the elimination
of poverty and in justice it has rending
exemplery service to all the three element composing it government .,employers
and worker.
It conversation have been greatly appreciated by the working class all over the
world for the beneficient humanitarian and misssionary influence .They are
considered as the embodiment of social justice by hte under previleged.
Our country is grealty benefited by the ILO standard which helped in improving
the working class .
It has greatly influenced labour legislation ,labour welfare,trade unionism and
industrial relation of our country.
The very law making process in our country in the field of labour has been
considerably influenced by its standard -setting process.
Following ILO traditional,The principle of tripartite construction has been
successfully adopted by the government of India in the formulaiton of labour
policy onj the government of India in the formulation of labour policy on the basic
of consensus all the basic document are based on the principle of freedom
,individual dignity and social justice.
5.2 PROBLEMS OF LABOUR
Labour suiter to many problem which cause they cannot give a good performance
in their work here we mention a various labour problem which they are face
probably.
1.Lack of skilled and competent levels.
2.Rapid changes in technology.
3.Improper working hour.
4.Medical facilities.
5.Children education
6.Insecure future.
7.Lack of knowledge of labour rules.
8.Lack of statutary.
9.Lack of safety awareness on workplace .
10. Deley in payment of wages.
If labour have a lack of knowledge in competent in component level they face a
many problem in their work so its necessary they should provided a more
knowledge according to their work due to lack of skilled the labour are unable to
perform.

(c)The level of their capacity of working will going down.
The technology place masor role in a field of industry because it helped to rapid
ahieve the goal of industry and due to rapid change of technology .The labour are
unable to adopt new technology the labour unable to adopt new technology
rapidly.Because of lack of knowledge of advanced technology.Advanced and
experienced person who can operate technoloy in right woy.
To provide basic amenties to the labour of management line medical facilities
overtime charges bonus of any company cause a extra expenses .so the
management deprived the labour from the basic amentities.
Due to lack of financial knowledge the labour.
(a) They cannot increase the sources of their income.
(b)Having lack of complete plan about their bright future.
Labour they have lack of safety awareness that because they are not able for
using safety equipment and mostly time they get injured.
Labour also face many problem with re;lated of wages payment sometimes
management not give a proper attention .For the cause many problem arise in
labour related to wages payment .Management should gives in the time of labour
wages which they can a proper attention on their work.
5.3 SUGGESTION
1.To solve out various labour problem management should work sencerelly .For
providing minimum required facilities to its worker because some time saving up
of a penny may cause loss of 100 each and every management should keep in
hind that its best assets is the man power.
2.Happy worker may be 100 times .More productive in comparison to inhappy
manpower.
3.Difference between happy and unhappy work man may be a very simple line
which may be divided with those who are waiting .Basic amenities wherease
unhappy group may be strugglling for the same.
4.Investment of providing basic amenitities may be single time wherease its
positive result may be fulfill for longer period .
5.Good relation between management and worker leads the parts of image bra
nding of the organisation depends on minimum labour unrest.
6.Success of failure of any organisation depends on 90 % for labour support and
10% on managent skill .
