Instructions:

In this sensory evaluation session, you are provided with four (4) different coded sample of macaroon. You are asked to taste
the sample and answer each question in sequence, placing a vertical line across the horizontal line at the point that best
describes that property in the sample.Take sufficient sample and time to evaluate each characteristic. Please rinse your mouth
with plain water given before and after tasting all samples.
