Nielsen's Heuristic Evaluation

This document provides instructions for evaluating a system's usability according to Nielsen's 10 usability heuristics. It asks the evaluator to rate the system being evaluated on a scale of 1 to 7 for each heuristic, with 1 being bad and 7 being good. It also provides space for optional comments on each heuristic or the evaluation overall. The evaluator can then submit their ratings and comments by clicking "Mail Data."
