1. Warm Up – 30sec of each exercise


a. March in Place
b. Side Step
c. Toe touch kick
d. Walk downs
e. Elbow to Knee
f. Jog in place
2. Red Light, Green Light (Red Light – stop doing exercise / Green Light – start doing it) – 45sec of
each exercise
a. Jumping Jacks
b. Frog Jumps
c. Clap Jacks
d. Side to Side Jumps
e. Leg Swings or Side Leg Lift
f. Mountain Climbers
3. Jump or Drop (Jump – jump up / Drop – push up position) – 45 sec of each exercise
a. High Knees (drop)
b. Alternating Lunge (jump)
c. Punches (drop)
d. Planks (jump)
e. Skipping in Place (drop)
f. Squat and hold (jump)
4. Freestyle Round (35sec active / 15sec rest) – kids pick the exercise
5. Cool Down – 15sec each
