Timing:
Lunar and Solar phases:
For increasing and obtaining desires – During daylight or Waxing Moon ( From after the New Moon until
the Full Moon ) with the full moon being the strongest.
For Banishing of cursing – during evening hours or the waning moon (from after the full moon until the
new moon), with the new moon being the strongest.

IV. Carving the candle
With your ritual dagger carve your exact wishes on the candle if for you include your full
name and date of birth, if you are doing it for another person include their name and date
of birth as well

V. Anointing the candle
Anoint the candle with the appropriate oil
For moving something away from you, anoint the candle from the end up to the wick
For obtain something, anoint from the wick down to the end
To further strengthen the spell, roll the candle in crushed herbs chosen to further
correspond to the spell working. Either tapers or votive candles can be used.
VI. To concentrate appropriate power into the candle
Make a wide circle of your robe-cord around the candle on the altar. For safety, choose a
metal or non-flammable holder and set in a safe place
While looking into the candle flames visualize the thing you are wanting to gain from this
spell like it is already happening
With your wand, Circle the candle three times clockwise for increasing magick or three
times counterclockwise for decreasing magick. Hold the dragon pentacle facing the
candle and say:
