AFFIDAVIT / ATTESTATION

I, WILLIAM SCOTT CARTLEDGE, U.S. citizen, of legal age, married and a


resident of Taloto District, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines, after having been duly
sworn, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the President and Head Pastor of SPIRIT OF THE WORD CHURCH OF
THE PHILIPPINES, INC., a corporation sole duly registered with the Security and
Exchange Commission with SEC Reg. No. CN200311841 (CEO18771) and existing
under the laws of the Philippines;

2. That it has no immovable properties;

3. That all its movable properties and funds are used for non-profit religious,
charitable and educations purposes in connection with its operation of a church
and bible school;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and
circumstances and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
