Greetings!

I, PHILIP JOSEPH T. AGUAVIVA, a bonafide student in this institution and is currently a


5th year student of Bachelor of Science in Architecture.

In connection with this, I am humbly requesting your good office to allow me to add the
following subjects: NTSC 221 (EARTH SCIENCE), CE 411 (STRUCTURAL THEORY I), PHYS
2 (PHYSICS 2) for the reason that I only have 17 units this semester.

Moreover, I am also humbly asking to overload the abovementioned subjects for me to


cope up with my batchmates and to able to graduate this A.Y. 2018-2019.
