Work experience is important for everyone. But not at the cost of education.

a recommendation letter.
This can make it easier for you to apply to a college or university on the basis of your experience and knowledge
of the work that you have done.

to study further, it is time to dig some facts.
Ask the employee why he wants to apply for a particular program. And then gel together his or her skills with the
degree or diploma program that he or she is applying for. Once a match is made, it is easy to write a
recommendation letter.
