Greetings!

This letter is a formal request to renew the lease on the Stall F-03 space at the above
address for another year. The lease expires on October 31, 2018 and I would like to renew
it until October 31, 2019.

I would respectfully request to have 5% reduction on our rental for reason of tight policies
set by government on our products (cigarettes) this year and causing our business
performance difficult to achieve positive return with increased rental rate. We’ve been
leasing on your stall space for years and until today, we have been reliable tenants,
always paying our rent on time and following all stipulations of the lease.

I hope you will genuinely consider my request and extend your supporting hand.
