Handling Optimization of new sites and handles problems like call drop, Interference,
handover failure, antenna tilting, Drive Test, Analyzing RF Drive Test log files, Network tuning.
Traffic-Analysis and taking proactive action to avoid congestion and accordingly optimize the
network & plan for TRX addition.
Routine Check for Consisting TCH Blocking & SD Blocking Cells & changing AMR Half Rate/TRX
Addition plan, Timeslot optimization as per requirement.
Traffic balancing by field optimization to maintain equivalent traffic within cluster.

Analyzing the Bench mark logs and Rating the Operators based on Rx Level, Call setup time,
HOSR and DCR.
Providing the recommendations for improvement of network based on Bench mark Logs.
Action plan on daily worst cells, Zero calls, quality Concerns to meet the KPI.
Drive Test Analysis for newly integrated sites & optimize the existing sites to improve coverage
and quality.
