SUBJECT: DESIGNATION AS OFFICER IN–CHARGE OF SAN VICENTE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL


TO: Ms. Sorraida B. Datulayta

San Vicente National High School
San Vicente, Sumilao, Bukidnon

1. In the interest of public service and in addition to your teaching load, you are hereby designated as
the school Officer In–Charge (O.I.C.) in the absence of the school head while on official travel,
personal leave and others starting August 15-17, 2018 until such time that the undersigned will not
be around from the school.

2. As an O.I.C. you are expected to do the following duties and responsibilities in the absence and
support of the school head:

a. Monitor the attendance and punctuality of teachers and students;


b. Monitor the cleanliness and beautification of classrooms and school surroundings;
c. Sign forms or communications in the absence of the school head as follows:

d. Act on routine communications except those that involve policy and major decision making;
e. Transact business in the community during free time;
f. Perform activities as a way of linkage with the Local Government Unit (L.G.U.);
g. Entertain visitors or callers with official business in the school;
h. Report to the school head any information, news or developments while the school head is not
around and upon arrival to the station;
i. Not to sign any documents that involve money matters; and
j. Perform all the assigned tasks very satisfactorily.
3. This office order takes effect immediately.
