TERMS & CONDITIONS:

- The SELLER’s account; expenses for capital gain tax, real estate tax prior to the execution
date of Deed of Absolute Sale, judicial settlement if necessary and a ____% commission to
authorize broker/agent deducted from the payment.

- The BUYER’s account will be the documentary stamps, transfer tax, notarial fees and
registration fees for the issuance of the new title.

- Commission; The authorized broker/agent whose name and signature appears below is
entitled to receive a sales commission, ____ % of the total selling price. Release of
commission shall take effect upon receipt of payment from the buyer.

- This authority to sell is non-exclusive and sales shall be on a “First Come First Serve
basis”.
