Understanding High Leverage Points
Opportunity: Teachers are not owning their professional learning.

WHY? In the past teachers received “trainings”.

Leaders didn’t understand the value of


WHY? teachers owning their own learning.

WHY? Because our past mindset valued teaching


over learning which was reflected
in our professional development.
