DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN THESE PRESENTS:

That we, the parent of Grade 8-Oriole students of Norberta Guillar Memorial National
High School, situated at Barangay Buenavista, Pagadian City hereafter referred to as the
DONORS, and Grade 8- Oriole classroom of Norberta Guillar Memorial National High School
hereafter called the DONEE, witnessed:

That the DONORS are willfully donating two wall fans to the classroom of Grade 8-
Oriole.
That the DONOR affirms that this donation is considered as a homeroom project of their
sons and daughters under this class,
That the DONEE hereby accepts and receives this donation made in his favor by the
DONOR, and herby manifests her gratefulness for the latter’s generosity.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both the DONOR & DONEE have hereunder subscribed their name
this 13th day of March, 2019 at Norberta Guillar Memorial National High School, Barangay
