Career Objectives
I am working towards a Bachelor’s degree in English (Non-fiction Writing) with an
accompanying degree in Russian language. My career goal is to become an ethical and
accomplished nonfiction writer with a reputable organization.
I am interested in several forms of Non-fiction writing. In addition to writing for student
media with Connect2Mason and the Broadside student newspaper, I have written for
United Press International, and Townhall.com. My senior year of high school I was also
published in the Letter to the Editor section of Newsweek magazine on two occasions.
I enjoy a number of different disciplines and have experimented with different forms of
media and language studies. I am currently taking Russian language and hope to study in
the spring of 2011 at St. Petersburg State University in Russia.
