ABB:- ABB is a leader in power and automation technologies that enable
utility and industry customers to improve performance while lowering
environmental impact. ABB helps customers to use electrical power
effectively and to increase industrial productivity in a sustainable way and
the stock was really outperforming the markets which lead us to buy this
stock.
Axis Bank:- Axis Bank, formerly UTI Bank, is a financial services firm that
had begun operations in 1994, after the Government of India allowed new
private banks to be established. The Bank was promoted jointly by the
Administrator of the Specified Undertaking of the Unit Trust of India (UTI-I),
Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), General Insurance Corporation
Ltd., National Insurance Company Ltd. The Bank has a very wide network of
more than 1000 branches and Extension Counters (as on 31 March
2010).The Bank has a network of over 4055 ATMs (as on 31 March 2010).
The Bank has loans now (as of June 2007) account for as much as 70 per
cent of the bank’s total loan book of Rs 2,00,000 crore.As on the year
ended 31 March 2009 the Bank had a total income of 13,745.04 crore
(US$2.98 billion) and a net profit of 1,812.93 crore (US$393.41 million) and
was one of top gainers of market and top traded which lead us to buy this
stock.
Bank of Baroda:- Bank of Baroda (BoB) (BSE: 532134) is the third largest
bank in India, after the State Bank of India and the Punjab National Bank
and ahead of ICICI Bank. BoB has total assets in excess of Rs. 2.27 lakh
crores, or Rs. 2,274 billion, a network of over 3,000 branches and offices,
and about 1,100 ATMs. IT plans to open 400 new branches in the coming
year. According to charts the stocks showed a good move even is dipping
market and was outperformer for many days which lead us to buy this
stock.
ICICI BANK:- ICICI Bank (BSE: 532174) (formerly Industrial Credit and
Investment Corporation of India) is a major banking and financial services
organization in India. It is the third largest bank in India and the largest
private sector bank in India by market capitalization. The bank also has a
network of 2,016 branches (as on 31 March 2010) and about 5,219 ATMs in
India and presence in 18 countries, as well as some 24 million customers
(at the end of July 2007). Revenue ▲ 59,599.77 crore (US$12.93 billion)

Reliance Capital and Reliance:- Reliance Capital Limited (RCL) is a Non-
Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of
India under section 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934. as a public
limited company in 1986 and is now listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange
and the National Stock Exchange (India).RCL has a net worth of over Rs
'3,300 crore and over 165,000' shareholders. On conversion of outstanding
equity instruments, the net worth of the company will increase to about Rs
4,100 crore. It is headed by Anil Ambani and is a part of the Reliance ADA
Group. Reliance Capital has a net worth of Rs. 7,250 crore (US$ 1.5 billion)
and total assets of Rs. 22,340 crores (US$ 4.6 billion) as of December 31,
2008. The smooth movement of stock and steady increase in price lead us
to buy this stock hoping to get good return .

Tata Steel:- Tata Steel (BSE: 500470), formerly known as TISCO and Tata Iron
and Steel Company Limited, is the world's seventh largest steel company, with
an annual crude steel capacity of 31 million tonnes. It is the largest private
sector steel company in India in terms of domestic production. Ranked 258th on
Fortune Global 500, it is based in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India. It is part of Tata
Group of companies. Tata Steel is also India's second-largest and second-most
profitable company in private sector with consolidated revenues of Rs 1,32,110
crore and net profit of over Rs 12,350 crore during the year ended March 31,
2008. The company has good leadership and movement of stock was so smooth
which lead us to buy this stock.
GAIL:-GAIL (India) Limited (BSE: 532155) is the largest state-owned gas
transportation company in India, integrating all aspects of the natural gas
value chain. GAIL is listed by Forbes as one of the world's 2,000 largest
public companies in 2007. Its Products are Natural gas,Petrochemical, Fuel
Lubricant having Revenue ▲ Rs. 24,996 crore (2009-10) and Net income ▲
Rs. 3,140 crore (2009-10) .I invested in this stock because of its of its
increasing nature.
Hero Honda :-Hero Honda Motors Limited, based in Delhi, India is a joint
venture between the Hero Group of India and Honda of Japan. It has been
referred to as the world's biggest manufacturer of 2-wheeled motorized
vehicles since 2001, when it produced 1.3 million motorbikes in a single
year. During the fiscal year 2008-09, the company has sold 3.28 million
bikes and the net profit of the company stood at Rs. 1281.7 crore, up 32%
from the previous fiscal year.[verification needed.Hero Honda has been the
largest two wheeler company in the world for nine consecutive years. The
company had a market share of 41.35% in the year 2008-2009 and over a
25 year span it has crossed the 15 million unit milestone. Hero Honda sells
more two wheelers than the second, third and fourth placed two-wheeler
companies put together.
I chose this company because it being a strong fundamental company with
good profit in past quarters and
Mutual Fund:-DSP BR microcap fund & Reliance equity fund:-These 2 fund
were very fast growing fund and was continuously increasing fund and was
growing at a fast pace which lead us to invest in this Mutual fund.
Ulip(Reliance Money Guarantee Plan - Fund F ) :- This ulip had a very
diversified investment in different sectors so problem of downfall has
decreased and a very good management of funds lead us to invest in this
ulip.
