2. Steam Inhalation
with carvol plus twice a day

3. DOLO TAB 650mg


paracetamol 650mg
1 tab, 2 times a day (morning, night) for 3 days after food.

4. BETADINE GARGLE 2% w/v


povidone iodine 2%
2 times a day (morning, night) for 3 days
mix with equal amounts of water and gargle

5. AZEE FILM-COATED TAB 500mg


azithromycin dihydrate 500mg
1 tab, 1 time a day (morning) for 3 days after food.

General Advice

1. Have a lot of fluids to keep yourself hydrated. Don't only drink plain water, but also include tender cocunut
water, vegetable soup and fresh fruit juices (with no added sugar)
2. Steam Inhalation to give some relief from blocked upper airway passages.
3. Avoid AC environment and blowing wind.
4. Avoid cold and refrigerated foods
