A Plain Verified Statement of Facts
Notice to agent is notice to principal, notice to principal is notice to agent
I, commonly known as Anna of the family Gavenciak, of 43 Grants Avenue in Bournemouth, the
undersigned, do affirm, declare and depose as follows:
1. I am competent to state the matters set forth herein;
2. I am not a name.
3. I am flesh and blood free sovereign honourable woman, natural born living breathing
human being with the given name Anna. I was born to the family known as Gavenciak.
4. I bear no relation to the fictitious and trust entities of: ANNA GAVENCIAKOVA;
GAVENCIAKOVA, Anna; Anna GAVENCIAKOVA; A GAVENCIAKOVA;
GAVENCIAKOVA, A; GAVENCIAKOVA, ANNA; these are but the “name” of an artificial
“person” or ens legis.
5. I am the Secured Party/Creditor, Holder in due course, and Authorised Representative
for the Juristic Person entities of ANNA GAVENCIAKOVA; GAVENCIAKOVA, Anna;
Anna GAVENCIAKOVA; A GAVENCIAKOVA; GAVENCIAKOVA, A; GAVENCIAKOVA,
ANNA; I am not an accommodation party nor a surety for the debts of ANNA
GAVENCIAKOVA; GAVENCIAKOVA, Anna; Anna GAVENCIAKOVA; A
GAVENCIAKOVA; GAVENCIAKOVA, A; GAVENCIAKOVA, ANNA.
6. As such, I possess inalienable human rights as defined in the Constitution.
7. It is my understanding that the Constitution is the supreme law of the land.
8. I further understand that any laws, statutes, ordinances, regulations, rules, and
procedures contrary to the Constitution are null and void and that no one is bound to
obey an unconstitutional law.
9. All government officials are therefore hereby put on notice that any violations of their
contractual obligations to act in accordance with their Constitution, may result in
prosecution to the full extent of the law, as well as the application of all available legal

remedies to recover damages suffered by any parties damaged by any actions of
government officials in violation of the Constitution.
10. It is my understanding, that in common law jurisdiction a crime is committed if one
intentionally
a) Injures another
b) Causes harm or loss to another
c) Commits mischief or perjury in lawfully binding contracts with another.
11. As an honourable and peaceful woman I stand under common law jurisdiction.
12. I claim the right to fair trial in court de jure.
13. I am capable of and I claim the right to represent myself in my own affairs in court de
jure.
14. I do hereby deny consent to any transaction of a security interest issued under any Act
for as a Freeman-on-the-Land I am not subject to any Act.
15. I stand under God only.
16. I do not stand under any man or woman and no man or woman stands under me.
17. It is my understanding that all human beings are equal. I am equal with all human beings
in the face of law.
18. Be it known, that I am not a lawyer and I do not understand legalese.
19. I do not understand or stand under statutory legislation.
20. I do not represent anyone nor does anyone represent or govern me without my
Notarized written consent to do so through by me given power of attorney.
21. I hereby revoke any consent to be represented and thus governed by anyone who
believes to have my consent to do so, especially by those who operate under limited or
no liability.
22. I hereby revoke any contract that I did not enter into knowingly voluntarily and under full
disclosure.
23. I retain my right at all times to pursue happiness and to live a naturally lawful and
peaceful life and to have my rights respected by all.
24. I claim the right to trade exchange and barter without any restrictions.
25. As a private woman I operate under full / unlimited commercial liability.
26. I am not liable for any public debts/liabilities at any time whatsoever.
27. I am not a member of any society and therefore I am not bound by any society’s
statutes, rules or codes.

28. I Anna: Gavenciakova am my own authority, no man or fiction has jurisdiction over me.
29. I claim that under common law I am innocent until proven otherwise in proper court de
jure.
30. Be it known that anyone trying to force jurisdiction over me would be engaging in
Enticement to Slavery.
31. I reserve my right not to be compelled to perform under any contract or commercial
agreement that I did not enter knowingly, voluntarily and intentionally.
32. I rescind all signatures executed in my natural and representative capacities on any
document(s) or instrument(s) made in my natural name or fictitious legal entity(s), that
have failed to fully disclose risks, perils, and responsibilities within them.
33. Be it known that I do not register any of my private lawful possessions including
intellectual property and my offspring.
34. Be it known that I do not ask permission to engage in lawful activities, especially from
those who claim limited or no liability.
35. Be it known that anyone who interferes with my lawful activities is breaking the law,
cannot claim good faith or colour of right and that such transgressions will be dealt with
in a properly convened court de jure.
36. I claim that the intentional blurring of the lines with smoke and mirrors, deception,
outright lies and too numerous to mention false claims as to the well settled division,
between the Crown created legal entity known as the ‘PERSON’ and the flesh and blood
creation of the Creator known as a ‘man’, is nothing short of theft, fraud, breach of trust
and forced slavery, a heinous criminal activity of the most odious form.
37. I claim the right to deal with any counterclaims or disputes publicly and in an open forum
using discussion and negotiation and to capture on video tape said discussion and
negotiation for whatever lawful purpose I see fit.
38. I claim my FEE SCHEDULE for any transgressions by peace officers and law
enforcement officers, government principals or agents or justice system participants is
(GB £1.000.00) ONE THOUSAND POUNDS if being questioned, interrogated or in any
way detained, harassed, searched or otherwise regulated and (GB £10.000.00) TEN
THOUSAND POUNDS if I am handcuffed, transported, incarcerated, strip-searched,
finger-printed, have DNA, blood or urine sample taken or if I am subjected to any
adjudication process without my express written and Notarized consent and (GB
£100.000.00) ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND POUNDS if I am subjected to any form of
involuntarily forced medical/non-medical intervention/treatment to my body such as
exposure to forced medication by medicaments or poisonous substances added to the
drinking water, food products or air. This FEE SCHEDULE is subject to change at any
time as I deem appropriate.

39. I claim the right to use a Notary Public to secure payment of the aforementioned FEE
SCHEDULE against any transgressors who by their actions or omissions harm me or my
interests, directly or by proxy in any way.
40. I reserve the right to contract without limitations and it is my understanding and truth,
that the verbal contract has the same weight as the written one.
I, Anna: Gavenciakova, do hereby state that the foregoing statement of facts is true and correct
to the best of my knowledge and not misleading.
Affected parties wishing to dispute the claims made herein or make their own
counterclaims must respond appropriately within TEN (10) days of service of notice of this
action.
Responses must be under Oath or attestation, upon full commercial liability and penalty of
perjury and registered in the Notary Office herein provided no later than ten days from the
date of original service as attested to by way of certificate of service.
Failure to register a dispute against the claims made herein will result in an automatic
default judgement and permanent and irrevocable estoppel by acquiescence barring the
bringing of charges under any statute or Act against My Self Freeman-on-the-Land
Anna of the family Gavenciak.

Anna:Gavenciakova did personally appear before me and was personally known to me, or
proved to me on the basis of satisfactory evidence to be the woman whose name is subscribed
