I am ______________________ a resident of Brgy._________________________________. I am a


Roman Catholic believer. Born and raised. Being a catholic for me is about loving and
understanding one another no matter who they are. It’s about helping those who are
weak and are in need. It’s about giving your life for the LORD to whatever ministry you
can offer.

As a confirmed catholic living in communion with the church, it is my desire to


use by GOD and to grow deeper in faith. I wanted to give him my life offering talent that
would glorify him.

In this regard, I would like to convey you my desire to be one of the Lector in our
church. I know that being a lector is serious decision and commitment to my faith and
parish and I am very much willing to share my time to the service of the church. I am
very much willing to follow the steps in order to become a lector.
