Reflection

My communication skills improved from assisting buyers signing nearly 100 documents for housing loans. I talked with buyers to keep them company during the lengthy signing process. As an intern, I am assigned various tasks from different teams, so time management is important to complete everything and assist other teams. Through this experience, I learned how important signatures are for verifying identity and avoiding plagiarism. Most people keep their signatures short but unique rather than long for efficiency when signing multiple documents like housing loans.

Reflection 1st Week

My communication skills improved greatly since I


assisting buyers at the sles lounge foer document
signing becausde I know how hard it is to sign for
almost ahundred times just to have a housing loan and
they cannot skip even a single document unsigned
because the sales documentation team will ask them
to revisit the office for another document signing. So
then I start to communicatewith them and talk about
things about loans and stuff just to keep them
company while they are signing the documents. and
since every member of our team are assigned in
different task, we are also assigned in diverse task
given by different teams so time management is very
impoortan to finish everthing and assist the other
teams.
2nd Week
Throughout my experience of being an intern I have
learned a lot things that help me understand things
like how important signature is, and that the
uniqueness of one’s signature identifies his or her
identityand it also help to avoid being plagiarized. So
most of the people keep it short but unique rather than
it being long and grand just in case they need to sign a
lot of documents like what our buyes experience in
signing housing loan documents but the choice of the
byers as to how they like their signature to be look like
always depends on them.
