ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER
1. Candidates are requested to confirm their acceptance of the offer of admission with the subject Confirmation of Admission (GEEE

2019) via E-mail at confirmation@galgotiasuniversity.edu.in on receipt of this offer letter.

2. Candidates who require a change in their course/branch may report to the campus directly at the address given below at the time of

depositing the Fees. Any Changes in course/branch are strictly subject to availability in seats in the respective course/branch.
3. The Last Date to deposit the fee is on or before 22th July, 2019. Candidates will be required to pay the full fee payable per annum at

the time of admission.

4. All payments are to be made by way of Demand Draft only in favor of Galgotias University Uttar Pradesh payable at New Delhi/

Noida / Greater Noida.

5. Candidates are requested to mention their Name, Course and Applicant ID behind the DD and deposit it personally at The Office of
Admissions, Galgotias University, Plot No 1, Knowledge Park 2, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddh Nagar 201306 Uttar

Pradesh, India.
Schedule of Payment of Fee

Tuition Fee : Rs. 149000/-per annum

Exam Fee : Rs. 10000 /-per annum

Total fee for the 1st year : Rs. 159000/-per annum

Student ID Fee : Rs. 1000 (One Time Payment Only )

DOCUMENT VERIFICATION
6. All admissions are subject to the minimum eligibility mentioned on the website (www.galgotiasuniversity.edu.in). The

University has the right to revoke/withdraw this offer letter if the student is not eligible as per the criteria set by the

University.

7. The original documents will be returned to all candidates after verification at the time of depositing the fee.
8. The fee will be accepted after due verification of relevant documents. Candidates are requested to bring the original marksheets and

certificates along with photographs.

9. Successful candidates will be granted the final admission only after verification of all below mentioned documents-

HOSTEL ADMISSIONS
10. If Candidates are seeking Hostel admission, a separate Demand Draft in favor of Galgotias University Uttar Pradesh

payable at New Delhi/ Noida / Greater Noida will be required at the time of submission of fee for the hostel.

11. The allocation of hostel seats for all IN-CAMPUS hostels is done by an auto-allocation computerized system.
12. All allotments of hostels will be done in In-campus hostels only.

13. The Hostel fee includes Boarding, Lodging and Mess charges.
14. HAIER Smart IoT based Laundry facilities also available in hostels.

1. Several students living In out campus hostels/ PG's / Unauthorized hostels have complained of Theft/drug abuse/indiscipline/ power

failure / very poor food quality/drinking water issues etc. Students and parents are requested NOT to take out campus hostels and not get

influenced by touts who sell hostels and misguide several students and parents while taking admissions.
