Overview:
Provides station training to new Team Member trainees. Partners with
Management team to implement and integrate initiatives and projects.
 Serves in a leadership and training/coaching role to Team Members
while executing each aspect of the job to Standards of Excellence
 Functions as Team Member change agent for all communications,
initiatives, projects, and programs as directed by RM
 Directs all aspects of the learning process for new Team Members

Responsibilities
 Applies standards of excellence and coaching/training methods to
the training process for all new Team Members
 Uses time and resources wisely; multi-tasks to accomplish station
duties while coaching and training others
 Employs strong communication skills in providing feedback to all
Team Members during and after formal training
 Demonstrates knowledge and expertise for assigned station
 Provides input into the function and operation plan for the
restaurant.
 Recommends appropriate courses of action to improve processes
and functions within the restaurant
 Functions as a change agent for the restaurant by leveraging
communication from RM to gain full participation and integration
from respective Team Members
 Educates Manager Trainees on station function and purpose
 Assists Manager Trainees in developing a management plan for
respective station
 Completes all assigned tasks throughout the shift
 Maintains pace and energy throughout the shift
 Demonstrates consistent passion for teaching others Standards of
Excellence
 Within the scope of Excellence, works independently to complete
work and solve problems
 Contributes through actions and attitudes to creating a Great Place
to Work
