RULES FOR PAPER PRESENTATION (PG) -

• The presenter should be an author of the research. Also he /she should be a


POSTGRADUATE Student .

• The topic of the presentation should be within the scope of Health Sciences.


• The presentation should be strictly in MS Office Power Point in landscape /


portrait form


• The abstract should contain a maximum of 500 words.


• The abstracts will be shortlisted and the selected participants will be allowed to
present their paper (soft copy) during the event. Details regarding the same
will be displayed soon. ( note - Registration and payment should be done for
abstract submission . No refund will be given even if your abstract doesn’t get
selected )

• Duly note that abstracts will be scored by the panel and in case of a tie, an
abstract submitted earlier by mail with EC certificate will be given preference.
Hence it is advised that you submit your abstracts as soon as possible after
successful registration.

• Presentation time of MAXIMUM 7 MINUTES shall be allotted which will be


followed by a 4minute Q and A round by the judges.

• In case of two authors the participants should duly note that only one presenter
will be allowed. The presenter should register as author while others should
register as co -authors separately Only author can answer the questions put
forth by the judges. Presence of Co authors is not compulsory and certificates
will be awarded to them as well.

• Participants will be judged on the following criteria :


1. Oration skill

2. Quality of presentation

3. Originality of Research

4. Methodology

5. Relevance of conclusion with respect to the research questions.

6. Response to questions.

• All participants will be awarded a certificate of participation.


• Spot registrations are not allowed.
• The rules for paper and case presentation are same including criteria of judging
the participants .
