redeem admission ticket.
Lead Traveller must be present during ticketing redemption.
Guests who purchase MyKad rate must present all guest MyKad / MyKid cards during ticket redemption. Admission
may be rejected if guest fails to present valid identification.

Children aged 0-2 enjoy admission free of charge. Please present IC / Passport for verification purposes.
Senior Citizen & OKU must purchase their special rate tickets at the ticketing counter of Aquaria KLCC. Verification
is mandatory to enjoy special rates, please present your IC / OKU card.

(i) Arapaima (Flooded Forest) at 2:30 pm, Sand Tiger Sharks (Aqua Theatre) at 3:00 pm **every Monday,

Aquaria KLCC is located inside KL Convention Centre. If guest arrives at KLCC, please proceed to KL Convention
Center by passing through KL City Centre Park. Aquaria KLCC is located one level down.

1. Show your e-ticket via mobile phone and present together with a valid form of identification (e.g. NRIC, Passport) at the ticketing counter for
admission.
2. The lead traveler must be present on the date of visit to redeem the ticket at the ticketing counter with his/her identification.
3. This is an open date ticket. Ticket Validity is stated on the general information.
4. This e-ticket is valid for single redemption and entry only - all tickets purchased must be redeemed at any one time; no partial redemptions are allowed.
5. There is no cancellation or refund of e-ticket upon confirmation of purchase.
6. For any unused tickets, no further re-validation or refund will be allowed.
7. This e-ticket is non-exchangeable for cash or any other items.
8. Email address must be correctly furnished. By purchasing, you agree to accept email as a means of communication and delivery of e-tickets and
confirmation of booking. You agree to not hold Wonderfly liable for any non-receipt of e-tickets or confirmations.
9. Wonderfly will not be held responsible for the loss or misplacement of this e-ticket under any circumstances.
10. This e-ticket is void if altered in any form or manner – a duplicate e-ticket with the same sequential number will not be honored.
11. Wonderfly will not be held responsible and does not assume any liability for any damage to or loss of the property or belongings of any Guest, whether
such damage or loss is caused by the negligence of the theme park operator or otherwise.
