Thank you for deleting some of the accounts that incorrectly appeared on my credit report. However,
please take note that I continue to unequivocally dispute the remaining items that have yet to be
deleted.

These accounts are inaccurate and incomplete. They are having a MAJOR NEGATIVE IMPACT on me
being able obtain credit right now and that is not acceptable.

As provided for under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA"), consider this letter my request that you
reinvestigate the following accounts and delete them from my credit report.

The past due amount reported is incorrect, please delete.

The high balance reported is incorrect, please delete.

SYNCB/JCP: 600889XXXXXX
The payment status is incorrect, please delete.

SYNCB/WALMAR: 603220XXXXXX
The first date of delinquency is incorrect, please delete.

TARGET/TD: 585975XXXXXX
The account status is inaccurate, please delete.

I am also requesting that you provide me with the names and business addresses of the persons with
whom you verified these items, so that I may contact them myself.
PLEASE TAKE THIS REQUEST VERY SERIOUSLY!

Lastly, pursuant to Sections 1681i, subdivisions (a)(6) (A) & (B), demand is hereby made that you provide
me a copy of my report, reflecting the results of your reinvestigation "not later than 5 business days
after the completion of the reinvestigation."

I deserve and expect a timely response from your Credit Bureau to my dispute and your prompt
attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
