Admission Notice
Admissions are now open from 19th April, 2019 to 6th May, 2019

Merit List
Provisional Offer Letter is available in “download” section to all candidates shortlisted for admission to 2-
Year Post Graduate Programs (PGDIM and PGDISEM). Candidates must deposit academic charges, hostel
charges, caution money and other fees as applicable by the due date. After making payment it is
mandatory to fill fees details online. To enter fees details click on “Enter Fees details” link. This link is
available only for the candidates to whom an admission is offered. More information for candidates is
available in “Download ” section. Once the admission is confirmed the candidate will be sent
a ‘confirmation mail’ as a reply to the same email id.

If the candidate’s merit number is falling in the range of eligible merit numbers of the
corresponding programme that s/he has applied for then s/he is eligible for the admission.
Candidates have the option to select for ONLY ONE of the programs (PGDIM or PGDISEM) that
they have qualified. If the candidate has applied for more than one programmes, and is offered
admission for the programme with higher preference, and he/she does not take admission in
that programme, then he/she shall not be considered for a lower preference. Offer of
Admission is subject to availability of seats in the respective programmes.
Once the number of sanctioned seats in specific programme/category get filled, admission will be declared
closed.
Offer of admission is subject to candidate’s submission of following certificates at the time of joining :
a) Original degree certificate and mark sheets of all semesters/years as applicable for verification.
b) Medical fitness certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner
c) Affidavits by the student and his/her parent in the prescribed form under the UGC regulations on
Curbing the Menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions, 2009
d) Physical Disability Certificate in case of PD candidates

e) Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST candidates.

f) Aadhaar Card (if available) and Income certificate (if applicable) from the Competent Authority.
g) Latest OBC Non-Creamy Layer Certificate in case of OBC NCL candidates.
h) Latest EWS category certificate in case of EWS candidate.
i) Photo copy of the CAT Score Card & Character Certificate.
i) Six copies of recent passport size photographs.
If any of the selected candidate fails to accept the offer of admission and does not pay the fees on or
before specified date, the vacant seat will be offered to the wait listed candidates as per rules of the
Institute.
Please note that admissions to present list are open till 6th May, 2019 subject to availability of
seats. Next wait list will get activated if the seats are vacant.
