CTEO milling group version.
TCEA version for Excel 2000
Logo changed to TCEA
Plot (fx-ax) vs (fx-rx): regression line connected to cells S40:S41 and T40:T41
Plot (fx-ax) vs (fx-rx): names "Droite_RA_1" and "Droite_RA_2" removed
2 and 3 done to give the possibility to copy the tab several times in the spreadsheet without creating problems with
the names
There remains the necessity to adjust manually the data cells for this plot within the range P9:Q37, when the
number of sieves varies
Calculations for plotting the cumulative fines yield (range R49:R77): the formula used was incorrect, changed to
"1-R/A*r/a"
TCEA version for Excel 2003 - Template for harmonized version
Fully revised version, with Tromp curve plot in Log - Linear scales (former version was
Log - Gaussian)

Steps for spreadsheet use
1 Fill in the general information cells
2 Fill in the PSD data
Up to 29 sieve size can be used
Particle size distributions MUST be entered in ascending order
3 Adjust the Imperfection Line to fit the Tromp curve
Enter the first and last points to use in the yellow cells.
First point should be between 1 and last point.
Last point should be between first point and available number of points (Nb_data above)
For advanced users:
4 Check that the "R/A points" are correctly aligned, and that the "R/A line" passes
near the origin. You can force that by entering "Y" in the cell at the top of the calculation zone

Comment
As for the bypass, this is usually more related to the separator feed
load qf/qa,small quantity of the circulation fan gases flow, its good to
check its dampers position
the more feed load we put to the separator, the more we will have
bypass.
indicate a good selectivity in the separator
within range
over target ,which is mean the more the material goes
back to the mill
