Extending courteous reception to customers.
Cataloguing customers concerns and comments
Writing service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs
Translating customers’ repair problems into standard repair terminology
Diagnosing vehicles with Diagnostic tools like Xentry & ECU Space
Provide reasonable time and cost estimate for repairs
Advance service booking based on existing workshop load and available
resources.
Job allocation to supervisors and monitoring of work flow.
Regular update to customers on the status of job.
Test-driving vehicles to confirm service repairs.
Explain the final repair jobs carried out with details of parts repaired or
replaced during the activity.
Explain the cost of repairs to clarify the chargeable and free of cost jobs
carried out.
Collect post service feedback and carry out any corrective measures if
required.
Educate the customers on do’s & don’ts, general maintenance practises and
regular service schedule for the vehicle.
Ensure vehicle is delivered to the satisfaction of the customer.
