JetPrivilege Terms & Conditions

• This promotion is applicable only for the JetPrivilege member to whom the email was
addressed and is available only upon undertaking an Eligible Activity within the Promotion
Period.
• Eligible Activity is defined as Revenue or Award Ticket(s) booked and travelled during the
promotion period
• Eligible on all booking channels - www.jetairways.com, Jet Airways mobile site, Jet Airways
Mobile Application; Travel Agents, City Ticketing Office & Airport Ticketing Office
• Eligible on any cabin booking
• Eligible on both Domestic and International flights
• Eligible for one-way or return travel
• Eligible for flights marketed and operated by 9W & marketed and operated by S2 code
• Eligible for flight bookings done between 19th July 2018 – 20th August 2018 (both days
inclusive) and for travel undertaken between 19th July 2018 – 20th October 2018(both days
inclusive).
• Bookings made on any other Airlines and dates apart from those specified above will not
qualify.
• Member will be eligible to receive only one promotion code during the offer period.
• Such members will be eligible to receive an Agoda promotion code emailed to their
registered email ID within 4-5 days after booking the above mentioned Eligible Activity.
• Jet Airways or JetPrivilege will not be responsible in case the email address provided is
incorrect or if the mail bounces back due to any reason
• JetPrivilege Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to not send the Promotion code to the member to
whom this message is addressed in case:
o The Jet ticket is not booked within the Promotion Period for travel within the
Promotion Period
o The travel is not undertaken on the eligible Jet Airways flights
o The travel dates are revised which are no longer within the specified promotion date
o The travel is booked and then cancelled / in case the member is considered a “No
Show”
o In case of activities apart from the above defined eligible activity
o In case of any fraudulent activities

• All JetPrivilege Award tickets are subject to taxes, surcharges, fees and any other charges
applicable at the time of ticketing the JetPrivilege award ticket.
• At no time may Jet Awards be purchased by, or sold to, to any person other than the
member. Any such JPMiles or Awards are void if transferred for cash or other consideration.
Any person who commits such acts is liable for damages, litigation and related costs to Jet
Airways who reserves the right to terminate membership of such persons.
• JPMiles can, however, be redeemed for JetPrivilege Award tickets for the member, or his
family and friends or any person whose name is mentioned on the JetPrivilege Award
request form, duly signed/ authorized by the member.
• Jet Awards will be issued only after the member pays the applicable taxes, surcharges, fees
and any other charges as determined by Jet Airways and the government at the time of
ticketing the JetPrivilege Award.
• Free Award Flights are award flights booked using JPMiles as a reward currency excluding
taxes and carrier charges
• Jet Awards will be booked and issued by Jet Airways ONLY. Travel agencies are not
authorized to book and issue Jet Awards
• In case a member falls short of the JPMiles required for the award ticket on a particular
sector, the member will need to purchase additional JPMiles on www.jetairways.com at INR
1.25 / mile (excluding taxes)
• Award tickets have no monetary refund value
• The benefits of this offer are non-transferable.
• Once booked and ticketed under a particular member/ guest name, the ticket is non-
transferable
• Members / Guests using Award tickets are requested to carry all required documents for
check-in
• Reservations not ticketed within the specified time limit will be cancelled.
• Cancellations/Refund/Reissues will be subject to JetPrivilege Programme rules and Jet
Airways ticketing policies/ rules governing cancellation/refund/reissues of fares, fees, taxes,
surcharge, levies and applicable additional charges
• Certain airports in India levy an airport development fee for every domestic travel. Such
taxes are charged at the time of booking. Certain airports also levy additional charges at the
time of actual travel. In case of cancellation of travel, refund of such taxes will be subject to
policies governing refund of such taxes/levies
• Black-out periods or restrictions could apply. Seats under offer are subject to availability
• This Offer is an independent offer and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer
from Jet Airways
• All other Jet airways booking / ticketing rules will be applicable for bookings in the above
fare classes.
• This Offer is subject to the applicable rules and regulations as may be in force in respective
jurisdictions/states
• All members waive any and all rights of claim with regards to the Offer against Jet Airways
(India) Limited or Jet Privilege Pvt. Ltd.
• The carriage is subject to Jet Airways regulations relating to the conditions of contract
respectively and all other terms and conditions regarding Jet Airways policies and
procedures
• Disputes, if any, will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject exclusively to the
jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai
• JetPrivilege does not hold any warrant or make any representation of the availability,
delivery, quality, merchantability or suitability of offer and/or products/services under this
offer and that Jet Airways shall be solely liable for the same
• JetPrivilege Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be
suffered or for any personal injury that may be suffered to the member directly or indirectly,
by use or non-use of products/services under this Offer
• The decision of Jet Airways (India) Limited / Jet Privilege Pvt./Agoda Ltd will be final and
binding on all the members participating in this offer and that the same is non-contestable
• Jet Airways (India) Limited, JetPrivilege Pvt. Ltd. And Agoda reserves the rights to change,
amend, withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of this Offer at any time
without prior notice of giving any reasons
• The qualifying and participating customers are bound by the terms and conditions of Agoda/
JetPrivilege Pvt. Ltd. and Jet Airways (India) Limited. Agoda Terms & Conditions
• This Promotion code can be utilized on Eligible Hotel Stays and will remain valid for one-time
use only during the Code Validity Period
• Eligible Hotel Stays are defined as bookings made on www.agoda.com/jetbonus on
promotion eligible hotels and can be availed only on pre-paid hotels.
• Code Validity Period is defined as bookings made between 19th July 2018 – 20th October
2018 (both days inclusive) and for stays completed between 19th July 2018 – 31st December
2018 (both days inclusive).
• This promotion code will entitle a member to receive a maximum of INR 1000 discount on
hotel room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees and additional charges).
• This promotion code will entitle a member to receive a maximum of INR 1000 discount on a
minimum booking value of INR 10,000.
• The Promotion Code will be applicable only for Online bookings done on
www.agoda.com/jetbonus and will not be applicable for Pay at Hotel Bookings.
• The member will have to bear the balance value including other charges such as taxes and
other levies as applicable on the Hotel stay at the time of check-out
• The promotion code will not be extended after the expiry of its validity date.
• The promotion code will be available for one-time usage only and will become invalid upon
utilization.
• The Promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction
with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless
specified).
• The Promotion Code cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
