Fees Circular (2019-20)

Dear Parent,

As we have moved to 2nd Quarter of this session, parents are requested to deposit
Rs.16,500/- by 5th July, 2019 as a provisional lump sum amount towards School fee
for the session 2019-20. Fees determined by the Fee Regulatory Committee are
subject to further orders of Hon’ble Supreme Court. Any adjustment/recovery in fees,
if required in law, will be made in due course.
Payment Instructions for School fee:

The school is taking a technology driven initiative towards introducing a convenient


and hassle free method of paying school fees online.
1. From Quarter 2 of session 2019-20, ONLY online method of fee payment is accepted.
Post-dated cheques (PDC)/ Current dated cheques/ DD /Pay order have been
discontinued accordingly.
2. School Fee Payment is to be made through school portal login (payment link is available
in individual portal login).
3. Online payment link through portal ,is available from 1st to 5th of July 2019. Online
payment link will close in the end hours of 5th day of July 2019.
4. After the due date of 5th July, unpaid School fees and Transport charges will be
automatically debited through ACH (Automated Clearing House) of parent’s bank account
from 7th to10th day of July 2019.
5. A late fee of Rs 20/- per day for School Fee will be levied, if fee is paid after the due date.
For each ACH rejection by bank, an additional payment of Rs. 300/- has to be made.
6. Kindly login portal to make the school fee payment of your ward.

Payment Instructions for Transport Charges (if applicable):

1. Information and amount due towards Transport Charges is available under


individual student/parent portal login (Only for Students opting transport facility).
Login portal to pay the applicable Transport Charges of your ward.
