1. The conference started at 2:45 in the afternoon.


2. It started with a prayer led by Mr. Cinly Genella.
3. Ma’am Emile B. Devila, the school in-charge facilitated the discussion about the following
agenda.
1. IPCR – Ma’am Devila said that only one (1) copy will be submitted, and can be in a long size
bond paper.
2. 95 prepared Instructional materials (IM’s) will be attached in the IPCR for the first quarter.
3. Ma’am Devila also said that Home visitation should be attached in the IPCR
4. Travel expenses is not refundable during home visitation, teachers will just make or prepare
authority to travel.
5. The school head emphasizes that reaching out to our students is part of our responsibilities
as teachers.
6. There are many students from Grade 8 and Grade 9 who are candidates for SARDO’s.
7. Many of our students coming from MAIBO who are SARDO’s.
8. LIS – last day of enrolment will be on October 31, 2018.
9. There are still some students who are not yet confirmed and Pending transfer especially
from the Grade 7 according to the advisers.
10. Area of concern for cleaning – Ma’am Devila emphasizes to clean the assigned area
everyday.
11. Ma’am Devila reiterated the absences according to RACS, it includes absences, poor
performance, and required absent for one year is only 30 absences or 3 times a month.
12. Summary of absences includes the following: tardiness, loofing and habitual absentism.
13. Ma’am Neng emphasizes to limit our absences and under time.
14. Teachers are required to attend the flag raising ceremony every Monday and flag lowering
every Friday for the IPCR.
15. If the teacher is planning for under time, ask permission from the OIC if the school head is
not around before going out from the school. Respect one another to have a good and
harmonious relationship in the school.
16. Memorandum updates, there will be Seminar on November 5, 2018 will be attended by
Ma’am Solitario, Ma’am Devila, and the Bookkeeper.
17. LRMDS inventory for library c/o Jeanie Macaganda and Grelyn Catedrilla.
18. Teachers teaching Grade 8 will evaluate the books.
19. Vacant items : November 8, 2018 schedule for interview of applicants

21. It is agreed that every Friday, teachers must wear business attire.
