PRAYER

In view of all the foregoing the complainant most


respectfully move to a Reconsideration of the Resolution
dismissing above stated complaint and render a new
RESOLUTION giving due course to the complaint by filing
the cases above mentioned against Maria Mercedes
Logarta-Villarosa Dumagan, Ivan Villarosa and The
Assistant Local Civil Registration of Kidapawan, Cotabato,
Mrs. Dolores Hermoso, for the crimes mentioned herein.

Such other reliefs are likewise prayed for under the


premises, Kidapawan City, May 25, 2018.
