Philippines, by these presents do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT ATTY.
MISHEENA JOYCE C. TIATCO, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, with residence and postal
address at 4123 Camia St., Hensonville, Angeles City, Philippines, to be my true and lawful
Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my name, place and stead to do and perform all or any of the

1. To process the transferring and titling of a parcel of land specifically described as
follows to and under my name:

1-B, Psd-03-16184, Lots 648-C-2, & 3 Psd-03-111067, Lot 648-C-1-B, Psd-03-
16186, lot 648-D-2, 3 Psd-03-111069, Lot 648-D-1-B, Psd-03-16185, Lots
684-E-2 & 3, Psd-03-111068 and Lot 648-B-E-1-B, Psd 03-16187, L.R.C.
Rec), situated in the Barangay Amsic, City of Angeles, Pampanga.
Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 24 Block 20; on the SW., along
line 2-3 by Road Lot 23 (7.00 m. wide); on the NW., along line
2. To sign and/or execute any document or instrument necessary to process the transfer of
title of the said parcel of land to and under my name;
3. To make payments, issue checks, sign papers, execute any document and deliver
contracts, documents, agreements, and other writings of whatever nature or kind of
which needed my consent or personal authority, with any and all third persons,
concerns and entities for the preservation of the property, for the same to be titled and
transferred under my name and which maybe necessary or required in performing and
consummating the aforesaid acts;
4. To receive all the documents pertinent to the processing of the transfer of title of the said
property to and under my name.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full powers and authority
to do and perform all or any acts requisite and/or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing
authorities, as fully to all intents and purpose as I might or could lawfully do, if personally
present and acting in person, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said
ATTORNEY-IN-FACT may also do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
