Job Description
-- Review Request for Quotations to Approved Vendors
-- Review and Submit Material Technical Approvals
-- Review and Submit NMRs IDRs Packages
-- Preparing the IAP
-- Review and Submit Material Procurement Progress Report
-- Equipment Material Inspection, Levels as per SAER 1972
-- Document submittals As per Schedule Q Requirements
-- Coordinating with Saudi Aramco PMT & VID
-- Supervise and Monitor activities of Procurement Inspectors and Material controller
-- To verify the compliance of the work out put with SAMSS, SAES, SAEP and Quality requirements
specified in the project scope of work & as per Schedule Q
-- Ensuring that purchasing policies & Procedures are properly implemented as Saudi Aramco
Standard
-- Preparing Weekly Fabrication Status reports & Submitting two weeks look ahead schedule
-- To investigate the Root Causes of Non Conformances and recommend solutions to prevent
recurrence of the Non Conformance
-- Recommend to QAQC manager for all violations Non Compliance of the approved Quality Plan for
possible Issuance of NCR particularly in Procurement activities
-- Submittal of Notifications Prior to Inspections and audits
-- Monitor the quality activity of procurement
-- Providing the guidelines for quality related documents to be maintained by procurement Dept
