I am Randiey John A. Abellera, a Registered Medical Technologist and a resident of Kabacan, North
Cotabato, is sincerely expressing my intent in your humble office to apply as Medical Technologist in
your respective hospital.

I am well reliable, organized, time bounded and disciplined Medical Technology Intern at three
hospitals, namely; Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC) at Cagayan de Oro City, St. Elizabeth
Hospital and Soccsargen County Hospital at General Santos City. It’s a 7-month Clinical Internship that
has given me enough experience to handle this program. I have become aware and oriented about
safety measures and routine laboratory proceedings.

In line with this, as a newly Registered Medical Technologist, if I would be given a chance to be a part of
your institution, I am more than willing to learn more from my supervisors, and also by engaging myself
in trainings and seminars in order for me to grow, enhance my skills and abilities. I’m also willing to
adapt to a new environment and to share my knowledge and skills considering the it is the best way of
gratitude I’m about to give.

Furthermore, it’ll be a great privilege for me to serve the people seeking for medical attention in line
with my profession.
