Terms and Conditions:

 Even a single complaint of spamming, Adult Content, crack's, Viruses, worms


can lead to cancellation of web account and complete deletion of data from the
server without any prior notice.

 Default Web page Constraints will be based on :

• 1024 * 768 Resolution.


• Support >IE6.0, Mozila browsers.
• Page will be calculated on A4 Size.
• After Layout confirmation we cannot change the Design of your Website
on any occasion.

 Domain and space cost will be renewal every year and it may vary depends on
US Dollar rate.

 Before commencement of work we request a deposit equal to 50% of the agreed


price.

 Final payment will be invoiced upon completion and client approval of the work
on Demo URL. The website will be uploaded after the final settlement.

 On any occasion where we cannot progress your website because you have not
provided the required information when you have agreed to do so, and we are
delayed as result, we reserve the right to impose a surcharge of up to 25%.

 If you agree to provide us with the required information and subsequently fail to
do within four weeks of project commencement we reserve the right to close the
project and the balance remaining becomes payable immediately.

 The amount paid as advance will not be refund on any occasions.

 Any extra work not mention on the form will be Additional charge.

 Additional Expenses. Client agrees to reimburse the Developer for any critical
Client requested expenses necessary for the completion of the project. Examples
would be:
• Purchase of specific fonts at the Client's request,
• Purchase of specific photography at the Client's request.
• Purchase of specific software at the Client's request.
• All rights on information’s, materials & Images on the website are
owned by client.

 Any issues regarding the Hosting, Mail can be proceed over


www.crb.co.in/support.
