3. We hereby signify our written consent, freely, willingly and


voluntarily to allow our daughter to use the twenty (20) square
meters of said property as her office for her business of notarial
services;

4. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing


facts as to our undertaking to give consent to our daughter,
