Group Name/Channel Indications

This document lists acupuncture points grouped by location - proximal, group, and distal - and their common indications for treating low back pain (LBP) and related issues. The points target pain along various back channels like the Bladder, Gallbladder and Du channels. They can address cold damp bi syndrome, LBP with kidney deficiency, sciatica, stiffness and pain radiating down the legs. Proximal points around the buttocks like GB30 treat gluteal and thigh pain. Group points include BL23, BL25 and BL26 for chronic or cold LBP. Distal points in the lower legs like GB34 and LV3 relieve sciatica and pain downward.
