The organizers of the fiesta of Purok Orchid in Dipolog City are requesting support from the Barangay Captain for their upcoming celebrations of the feast of St. Joseph the Worker from April 30 to May 1. They are proposing several events including a boodle fight, basketball tournament, beauty pageant, raffles and a disco. They are requesting the use of a stage, lights and sounds for the events as well as permission to close the barangay road during the activities. The organizers hope to make the fiesta a memorable and enjoyable event for the community.

Greetings of Peace!
The feast of ST. JOSEPH THE WORKER is fast approaching on May 1, 2019 the
Celebration of fiesta has been a custom of our country for years now, and its primary purpose lies
in continually enriching the culture of the Filipinos.
We the organizers and devotees of Purok Orchid Sicayab Dipolog City would like to have
a very memorable and enjoyable fiesta, and with this we would like to propose activities and
sponsors for the following events:

1. BOODLE FIGHT – That the neighborhood still intact and sharing common goods,
happiness, sharing foods and laughs. “Salo-salo sa purok” at the midst of Barangay
Road Purok Orchid near CCLD school on April 30, 2019 @ 5pm.

2. BASKETBALL LEAGUE- Championship 3 on 3 both Junior and Seniors Team on


April 30, 2019 after boodle fight.

3. FALSE GAY- Showing the beauties and talents of our candidates will be on May 1,
2019 @ 7:00pm

4. RAFFLES- As part of intermission all attendees will have 1 raffle coupon and to be
draw during false gay activities.

5. DISCO - “disco sa tanan” on May 1, 2019 after False Gay activity.

In line with this we are asking a stage for the presentation, installation of lights and sounds
for disco, watchers for peace and order during the activities, Permission to close the Brgy. Road
of Purok Orchid during the boodle fight and championship basketball league on April 30, 2019 @
6:00 pm and on May 1, 2019 @ 5:00 pm on wards until the activities stated will be consummate.
