1. Lance has been working on the 7 Mountain Mandate revelation for 7 years.1
2. The purpose of this teaching is to give us the gift of clarity on this important subject on God’s heart.
3. Many times we may feel like Elijah. We have rain in us and when the time comes the cloud will
form, and when the cloud forms people are going to run. So our job is to keep on building a
revelation of this so that the rain that is in us can be imparted to others at the right time.
4. There is so much going on, that in the midst of diversity, we need clarity.
5. Definition of Transition: “I feel like I am going through hell, but I think God is in it.”
6. The Kingdom is the central thrust of the gospel. The Kingdom is what Jesus focussed on and it
should be our focus as well.
7. The Kingdom is a very abstract thing for us to comprehend because it is a spiritual kingdom.
We need to be able to put handles on it and have a template (a picture) of what the big picture looks
like, which is the Kingdom.
8. Lance gained clarity of how God intends the Kingdom to be made manifest on earth in the natural
realm from this example: A picture image was given to a man named Michael by God, while he was
dead from a heart attack. He showed him God’s people ruling over spheres, over their kingdom. The
people were in the sphere or orbit of their service – as a salesperson, a factory worker, a dentist etc.
They were in employment but were taking the Kingdom into their particular sphere of influence.
9. Lance met with Loren Cunningham2 which resulted in him talking at the United Nations. Lance
was a pastor at this stage. He felt most uncomfortable about this call. However, the Lord said, “GO”,
because, every time a Christian refuses to go into a field they are called to go into, they by their
own neglect, create a vacuum that is then able to be occupied by a counterfeit authority.
10. Lance got an impression that “he could find common ground for everybody if he preached the
Kingdom but did not quote the bible.” He taught on the one world currency. He said nations are
manipulated on the currency of their collective feelings and the people in the highest places have a
responsibility to steward the economy of feelings between nations so that they foster trust and co-
operation rather than fear and hostility, and also that wars are the bi-product of rulers who have
agendas.
11. He then taught them that the right people to handle the economy would be people who have the most
emotional intelligence. Lance was teaching them a Kingdom principle without them realising it. He
was alluding to is a ‘whole’ person with a prospering soul. That is what a correctly functioning
Christian is like.
12. This resulted in a front page article which said, “To change the world you must first be changed.”
Afterwards, the Lord said to Lance, “Have you noticed that this is even more effective than you
pastoring?”
13. This is a powerful example. It shows how our message can be applied to every sphere, culture and
nation, and if we learn how to decode our message, so that the entire religious trip-wires are
removed, we can embed ourself into any situation and become the solution to the problem.

14. Loren Cunningham and Bill Bright were shown similar visions which was that “whoever takes the 7
kingdoms (or mind-moulders) in each of the nations can have the harvest of the nations.” In their
visions they saw 7 mind-moulders rather than 7 mountains. Lance was shown 7 mountains and told
by the Lord, “This is the language I wish you to use with your generation”.
15. There are 7 main mountains3: religion, the family, education, government, media, arts & sports, and
business & technology.
16. The 7 mountains are the 7 moulders of culture.
17. The church mountain currently does not influence any of these other mind-moulders.
18. The church believes that if they can convert enough people from these 7 mountains and bring them
into the church (i.e. the religion mountain), the whole nations can be revived. The premise being that
they have strong healthy churches. This has not proven to be correct.
19. The Lord showed to Lance His Kingdom theology. Transforming organisational culture is the
technique. This was the template he was shown.
20. Unfortunately, we teach how to build the church but not how to build the Kingdom. The church
does a brain drain on society to get them involved with the church.
21. Lance gives this example: He was teaching a group of South Korean CEO’s how transform culture.
He asked why South Korea, a 50% Christian nation, had businesses in the top 500 in the world? He
discovered that it was because they had brought all the top people into the church. They said we
know how to build the church but not to transform a nation.
22. If we have a fresh way to viewing the battle we are engaged in, it will have an immediate upgrade on
our whole approach to what we are doing as the people of God for our culture and our nation.
23. Our transition is an invitation to join God in invading parts and aspects of culture with revival
that have never been penetrated in forms and ways that have not been done before.
24. We need to understand that systemic poverty in a nation, like sickness in a person, both stem from
the same demonic source. What we need to do is move our attention from individuals to entire
sphere – the nation.
25. The world does not have solutions to these world problems but the Kingdom does. It has the only
system that can sustain long term solutions, but the church does not believe it! We have postponed it
to the Millennial Reign when Jesus gets back so that He can fix it! But He wants us to fix it!
26. What sphere of authority is God giving you? How would you administrate it for the Kingdom if you
have God’s authority on Earth to do what is in heaven?
27. The measure of success is not by souls as the church defines it, but in nation transformation.
28. God judges souls in eternity, but nations in time.
29. The ‘tipping point’ is going to be how culture responds to the Kingdom message.
30. We have entered a new phase: the beginning of which is the reviving of God’s people so they can
move into the next stages of this move of God. Our task is simply to discern the next sequence of
events of the invitation of what God is going to do in our life. The invitation we are about to receive
is a fuller and greater manifestation to the one we have already responded to. The point is: God is
inviting us to play the game at a much higher level.
31. We have to continue to be unrealistic in our dreams and expectations, even more optimistic than
that your youth. If we are not, we cannot lead them, and they are about to take territory and will
wonder what’s up with us, that is, if we do not share their optimism!

enemy in the 7 mountains and cultures of the nations.
• Every time a Christian refuses to go into a field they are called to go into, they, by their own neglect,
create a vacuum that is then able to be occupied by a counterfeit authority.
• It is the role of the church to cooperate with Jesus in this battle so that He gets His inheritance, which
is the nations.
