I would like to ask in your good office to let me loan an amount of Eight Thousand
Pesos only (Php8,000.00). This amount will be used for buying a laptop used for
the school matters. The mode of payment will be deducted every pay day with
the amount of Five Hundred Pesos only (Php 500.00)
