The Petitioner/accused most respectfully submits as under:-

1) That the petitioner herein is the accused in the above case and the

same stands posted to-day i.e.27-01-2017 for appearance of the

Petitioner/Accused.

2) That the petitioner/accused humbly submits that due to suffering

health ailments i.e.Knee pains and ill-health, as such, the petitioner/

accused is unable to attend the Hon’ble court to-day.

3) That the absence of the petitioner/accused to-day is not at all

intentional, but only due to above said reason.

Hence, it is prayed that the Hon’ble court may be pleased to dispense

with the personal attendance of the petitioner/accused to-day, to meet the

ends of justice.
