ROLE DESCRIPTION:-

eQ Technologic’s Development Team is looking for highly accomplished and passionate team members who
will be responsible for the development of its feature-rich and scalable enterprise products and solutions.
Currently we are seeking Software Engineers based in Pune, India. The person shall be focusing on Java and
J2EE development to join our talented team in building the next generation of our products. This is a
tremendous opportunity to contribute to our next generation product as well as strengthen technical skills and
product knowledge. You will work together with colleagues to define project requirements and build
state-of-the-art software and applications. You must be a quick learner and have excellent communication
skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
a. Develop applications using Java and its related technologies
b. Analyze functional requirements, design and develop software programs to specifications
c. Provide technical support for our products
d. Design user interfaces, algorithms, data structures, test cases, and test suites for new/old functional
modules of eQ Products
e. Communicate status of ongoing development efforts to supervisors in India

REQUIRED SKILLS:-
a. Exposure to at least of the following mentioned databases is Oracle, SQL server, MY SQL etc
b. Excellent Object Oriented design and programming skills and accomplished performance with Java
technologies (JAVA, Jquery and UI skills must)
c. Highly proficient in programming enterprise or web applications with relational database back-ends
d. Strong analytical abilities and debugging/troubleshooting skills
e. Good in oral & written communication skills

Preferred skills:-

a. Experience with or knowledge of open source frameworks such as Hibernate, Spring and Struts a plus
b. Source code control systems such as SVN, CVS, VSS or equivalent desired
c. Exposure to PLM, logistics, container terminals and management is ideal
